Vitals™ Health Assessment (VHA)

PanopticAI’s Vitals™ Health Assessment (VHA) is an innovative digital health solution designed to revolutionize personal health monitoring. As a contactless, camera-based product, VHA makes health assessment more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly, offering medical-grade accuracy in just 30 seconds.

The Vitals™ Health Assessment, powered by the Vitals™ SDK, is a standardized process utilizing remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) technology to deliver accurate and accessible health insights to end users. The VHA comprises the following 5 steps from the end user's perspective:

VHA 5 Steps

Step 1 - Provide Health Profile: Answer a few quick questions about their profile and medical history for personalized and precise health insights.

Step 2 - Device Setup: Follow our VHA Best Practices, ensure their device is correctly set up and they are well prepared for the assessment.

Step 3 - Conditions Check: Make sure they fulfill all the scan conditions: centered positioning, appropriate distance, proper lighting, minimal movement, correct frame rate, and server readiness.

Step 4 - Scan Vital Signs: Stay still for 30 seconds while the camera is scanning their face until the assessment is completed.

Step 5 - Obtain Health Results: Obtain the measured vital sign results and learn more about their health on the user interface.

Integrating Vitals™ Health Assessment (VHA)

As a developer, you can utilize our Vitals™ SDK to integrate the Vitals™ Health Assessment (VHA) process into your product by following these 5 steps:

Integrate VHA 5 Steps

Step 1 - Acquire Health Profile: Acquire the user's health profile and medical history by asking quick questions or retrieving the information from your app's database, depending on your app's design. This health profile is essential for our SDK to deliver personalized and precise health insights.

Step 2 - Camera Setup: Utilize the provided API to activate the camera, guide the user to grant camera permissions, and select the appropriate camera based on the setup.

Step 3 - Conditions Check: Assist and guide your users to follow our VHA Best Practices. Ensure that the user and the device meet all the scanning conditions: centered positioning, appropriate distance, proper lighting, minimal movement, correct frame rate, and server readiness.

Step 4 - Scan Vital Signs: Initiate a 30-second scan for a comprehensive health analysis. Instruct the user to remain still for 30 seconds while the camera scans their face until the assessment is complete. Handle errors, such as face loss or network issues, that may occur during the scan, and monitor scan quality to ensure accuracy.

Step 5 - Get & Display Health Results: Obtain the measured health results returned from the Vitals™ Cloud Service, interpret them, and showcase on your customizable user interface.

TIP

The Vitals™ SDK offers an easy-to-use API and sample implementations for integrating the VHA process into your app. Please refer to Integrating Vitals™ Health Assessment for more details.
