What does it mean to have high Heart Rate?
A high Heart Rate (tachycardia) can stem from various factors like stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, or heart conditions.
Medical attention is needed if you experience a persistent high Heart Rate or if accompanied by other symptoms.
What does it mean to have low Heart Rate?
A low Heart Rate (bradycardia) can be due to athletic conditioning, medication, or underlying medical issues.
Medical attention is needed if you have a persistent low Heart Rate or if accompanied by other symptoms.
How does Vitals™ SDK measure it?
Heart Rate is measured by the colour changes of the blood flow under the skin. The camera captures the red-to-white color changing on the face corresponds to one cardiac cycle. The fluctuation of these transitions per minute determines the heart rate.
