1. What are the minimum requirements of implementing SDK?

2. Which platforms does the SDK support?

The SDK supports iOS, Android, Windows and MacOS.

3. How long does it take to integrate the SDK into my project?

Most use cases take around 1-2 days to integrate the SDK into your project. However, for more complex solutions, please contact us for further duration estimation.

4. Does the SDK support all skin types?

The SDK fully supports type I to type IV natural skin types based on the Fitzpatrick Skin Type Classification. Skin type V and type VI are currently undergoing further validation.

5. What is the accuracy of the Heart Rate measurement?

The heart-rate measurements are accurate to within +/- 3 bpm when compared against electrocardiogram (ECG) measurements.

6. What is the accuracy of the Blood Pressure measurement?

The blood pressure measurements are accurate to within +/- 10mmHg.

7. How does Vitals™️ measure vital signs?

The RGB camera captures subtle color changes on the face caused by blood flow under the skin. Vitals™️ SDK utilises the latest AI computer vision and signal processing techniques to capture the remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) signal, which contains physiological information about the human body.

8. Is Vitals™️ a medical device?

Vitals™️ is only intended for health-monitoring and informational purposes to serve as an initial health screening.

The measurements provided to you should not be treated as medical advice or to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent and disease, ailment or injury.

9. Is your SDK currently available? and how to access it?

Yes, the SDK is now available to support Android, iOS and Desktop PC. You may contact us for further details.

10. Is Vitals™️ suitable for paediatrics use?

Vitals™️ is intended to use for health monitoring of adults. The result is currently not intended for paediatrics use. However, paediatrics use is on our product roadmap.

11. Does make-up limit Vitals™️?

No, a light make-up does not limit the results of vitals scan. In fact, during our clinical trials, make-up was found to aid the device camera by removing unwanted light on the face.

12. Is patient data retained by Vitals™️?

At PanopticAI, we place the data security to the top priority. Therefore, Vitals™️ has been designed with a strong security and data protection. All data is encrypted and anonymised both at rest and in transit.

Vitals™️ does not store any personally identifiable information. Even when Vitals™️ is integrated with Electronic Patient Records (EPR), a unique “test request ID” token is sent from the EPR to Vitals™️ correctly identify the patient’s reading. The data is not retained within our platform. The data is deleted as soon as the signal has been sent to Amazon Web Service (AWS).

13. Can Vitals™️ replace going to the doctor?

Vitals™️ is to be used by individuals who do not require constant or intensive health monitoring. The device is not to be used as the only method for health vital signs measurement of the individuals and is not intended to replace consultations with medical experts.
